2008 marks Billy's 34th year of hands on experience with BMWs. Relocating to the North Bay in 1985, Billy's broad expertise in all things BMW is unrivaled by all but a few. His credentialing includes Certification as a Master BMW Technician. He is factory trained and has built upon his training with extensive motorsport experience. After many client requests, Billy opened the doors to Bavarian Tuning, Inc. in 2003.
Billy has been a crew chief for Formula Atlantic, Can-Am Series, and Indy Cars. He is the Co-Chief Driving Instructor for the Golden Gate Chapter of the BMW Car Club of America. He has over 17 years of competition-driving experience, specializing in endurance racing. On weekends, Billy continues to hold driving clinics at tracks throughout California including Infineon and Laguna Seca.
Recently, Billy completed two significant Continuing Education modules sponsored by BMW Manufacturing: Certificated Engine Management II and Chasis Engineering Certification. Including certification on the E-60; E-65; and E-66 models.

We are extremely excited about the addition of Paul to the Bavarian Tuning team as our Service and Parts Manager. As we get ready to move our operation to the next level of customer service in meeting the challanges of the emerging auto technologies, Paul's proven track record in customer care and service management, as well as technical skills will only serve to build upon our established record of quality performance, and service.
Paul moved here from Ohio twenty years ago, and has never looked back. Paul grew up around racing, and has extensive experience as a machinist, prior to moving onto racing and performance products both as a manufacturers rep and as a fabricating specialist. Paul has owned and customized fifteen of his personally owned BMWs over the last 18 years. Paul's unique background makes him an extrememly valuable addition to the Bavarian Tuning Team.

Chris is a native of Santa Rosa and has been working on cars since he was 13 years old. While other kids in the neighborhood were vegetating with their Nintendo's, Chris was always peppering his dad with questions about cars. Even though still in his twenties, Chris has been a professional tech for over 7 years. What started as a hobby, is now a way of life. Chris, like Billy is been certificated by BMW in Certified Engine Management II, and continues to help the Bavarian Tuning team maintain and enhance the finest in customer satisfaction.
Martin specializes in the installation and tuning of performance parts, engine work, suspension, and just about anything else we can throw at him. Martin is a natural... he took to BMW technical work quickly and has been with us for about 6 months.
